Florence Wilkinson

Florence Wilkinson is a journalist and filmmaker. Her work has appeared on the BBC and in The i, New Statesman, The Telegraph, Vice and Grazia.
She served as Creative Lead for Keir Starmer’s winning Labour leadership campaign, and has produced and co-directed films for organisations including London Business School, the Labour Party, Save the Children, Art Fund, London Stock Exchange Group and Leica.
Her first book, Wild City: Encounters with Urban Wildlife, was published by Hachette in 2022 and is now available in paperback. Florence is also the co-founder of Warblr, a machine-learning-powered birdsong recognition app.
She holds a degree in English Language and Literature from Pembroke College, Oxford.
